Import Reviews from Feefo via CSV

You can easily migrate your Feefo reviews (including text & images) into WiserReview using the Import Reviews module. Here’s how to do it in 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Export Reviews from Feefo

  1. Log in to your Feefo Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Feedback tab in your Feefo Hub.
  3. Use the “Download Data” button to trigger an export of your review data.
  4. The system will generate a CSV file, which is emailed to the account that requested the export.
  5. Depending on data volume, delivery can take up to 15 minutes.

Step 2: Import CSV into WiserReview

  1. Open your WiserReview Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Manage Reviews → Import Reviews.

  3. From the Import Source dropdown, select Feefo.

  4. Click Upload CSV and select the file you exported from Feefo.

Step 3: Processing in WiserReview

  • WiserReview will automatically process the CSV file and import all reviews.

  • Any linked media (photos/videos) will be downloaded and hosted securely on WiserReview servers.

  • If importing more than 1,000 reviews, processing may take additional time.

  • Refresh the Manage Reviews page to view your imported reviews.
