With WiserReview, you can import reviews directly from your Google Place listing. This ensures your location-based reviews are always visible across your website and marketing channels.
Step 1: Search for Your Place

In your WiserReview Dashboard, go to Manage Reviews → Import Reviews.

Under 3rd Party Platforms, select Google Place → Integration.

In the Place Name field, search for your business name as it appears on Google Maps.

From the results, select your business location.
Step 2: Configure Connection

Enter a Connection Name (e.g., Main Store Location or Downtown Branch).

Choose your preferred Language from the dropdown.

Click Create to save the connection.
Step 3: Sync Reviews

Once the connection is created, WiserReview will automatically pull reviews from your selected Google Place.

Reviews are synced periodically so that new Google reviews appear in WiserReview without manual uploads.

You can manage and monitor connections under Account Details.
