Using Tags in WiserReview Workspace

Tags help you organize, filter, and display specific types of reviews. You can apply them during collection or later during review management.

Where Tags Are Used:

  1. Forms – Tag submissions automatically

  2. Manage Reviews – Manually tag each review

  3. Widgets (e.g., Wall, Sidebar, Carousel) – Filter displayed reviews by tag

  4. Manual & Automated Campaigns – Pre-tag incoming reviews

  5. Moderation Filters – Use tags for auto-routing or hiding
