How to Monitor Review Request Emails with WiserNotify’s Outbox?

– Log in to your Shopify admin account.

– From the Shopify dashboard, go to the Apps section

– Click on the WiserNotify Product Reviews app.

– In the app menu on the left, select ‘Collect Review’.

– click on the ‘View’ button under the Outbox section.

1. Queue Tab:-   = View scheduled emails.

  • Check the list of emails queued for sending.
  • Verify details like email ID, type, sequence name, and timestamps.

 2. Sent Tab:- View successfully sent emails.

  • Confirm that emails have been sent out.
  • Review timestamps and trigger types (auto/manual).

3. Incomplete Tab:- Identify failed or incomplete emails.

  • Look for emails that failed to send.
  • Check reasons for failure and take corrective actions.

4. Monitor Email Status :

  •  Regularly check the Queue tab to ensure emails are correctly scheduled.
  • Use the Sent tab to verify successful deliveries and analyze send times.
  • Review the Incomplete tab to identify issues and troubleshoot delivery problems.

Manage Emails :

– Use action buttons (e.g., delete, retry) to manage queued, sent, or incomplete emails.
– Adjust email sequences and triggers as needed for optimal performance.

  • Gain Insights :
  1. Analyze created dates and timestamps to understand email scheduling patterns.
  2. Use insights to optimize future review request timings and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
