When you’re setting up your review automation, you can fully customize the email template — including text content, CTA buttons, and dynamic variables — to match your brand and improve response rates.
Go to Automation campaign > Edit the email template

Here’s how:
Step 1: Customize the Message Text

In the Email Text Editor section:

Update the Subject Line to reflect your tone (e.g., “We’d love your feedback!”)

In the Message body:

Write your own content

Use dynamic variables like:

{{CUSTOMER_NAME}}– auto-fills the customer’s name -
{{REVIEW_RATING_CTA}}– adds the review button

This helps you create a friendly, personalized message that feels human.
Step 2: Set Your CTA Button and Review Form Link
Below the message section, you’ll see “Set button links to your review forms”:
Option A: Add WiserReview Form

Click Add your WiserReview form

Choose the review form you’ve already created (e.g.,
live) -
This button will automatically route customers to your review submission form
Option B: Add Custom Button.

Click Add custom button

Enter your own CTA text (e.g., “Give Feedback”)

Paste any custom URL you want to use (e.g., external form like Google, Facebook, Yelp, landing page)
You can rename the CTA, link to different forms, or even send users to different URLs
Step 3: Send Test Email – Preview Before Sending
Before activating your email campaign or automation, use the Send test email button to preview how your message will look in an actual inbox.
