How Can Customers Update Their Reviews on My Website?

Navigate to Apps > WiserNotify Product Reviews > Manage Reviews.

1. Locate the Review Editing link:

  • Use filters if needed to find the specific review.

  • In Review details, locate the section labeled “Review editing”, Which includes a manual review link.

2. Copy the Review Editing Link: 

  • Click the “Copy link” button next to the review editing URL.
  • This link allows the customer to access the review editing form.

Send the Review Editing Link to the Customer : 

  • Compose a message requesting the customer to update their review and include the link.

Customer Clicks the Link and Updates the Review :

  • The customer receives your email and clicks the review editing link.
  • The link directs the customer to a form where they can edit their previous review and submits the form.

Review the Updated Review :

  • Once the customer submits the updated review, you will be notified, or it will automatically update in your system.

  • Access the “Manage Reviews” page again to review the updated feedback.
